Maustaja offers summer jobs for dozens of local young people also this summer.
Maustaja wants to give young people the chance to earn and explore the food industry this summer too.
– We have a long and good cooperation with educational institutions in the field, says Jari Partanen, HR Manager. We are delighted to have new, fresh perspectives and, of course, energetic engagement with young people.
Young people also see in practice how versatile food preparation is. The whole chain of production from product development to packaging will become familiar and the value of pure food will grow when everyone sees a product’s development from raw material to finished product and how many stages is included in the process.
– And it’s really great if the youngster gets excited about our field and we get new, capable future experts, Jari rejoices.
